Your next opportunity starts with what you’re ready to learn. Whether you’re exploring an apprenticeship, building experience as a student or graduate, or bringing professional expertise to a new challenge, EIFA invites thoughtful, curious people to introduce themselves. Share your interests and what you hope to contribute; we’ll consider your expression of interest against current needs, role requirements and supervision capacity. Registration does not guarantee employment or placement.

Apprenticeships

Learn by progressing through a supervised pathway. Each stage builds on the last; responsibility is earned through demonstrated capability.

1. Learn
— understand the task, standards and safety boundaries.
2. Observe
— see the work carried out and ask focused questions.
3. Assist
— contribute to defined tasks with close guidance.
4. Demonstrate competence
— show consistent performance against agreed requirements.
5. Assume controlled responsibility
— take on approved tasks within clear limits and supervision.

Availability, duration, format, eligibility and supervision depend on an approved programme and organisational capacity.

Executive shadowing and exposure

Selective opportunities may offer a bounded view of executive work. They are subject to suitability, confidentiality and operational requirements. They do not provide unrestricted executive or client access, privileged or commercially sensitive information, or employment unless expressly stated.
